Moldovan school graduates and students may study free of charge in Finland

Moldovan school graduates, 1st and 2nd year students may continue their studies in Finland. Applications are accepted till February 11, on e-mail info@iec.ro. Details on the website: www.studyinfinland.ro. Applicants, who want to study for master degree in Tartu University (Estonia), also can apply, and in case of receipt they can receive a scholarship of 400 euros for tuition and expenses.
