«Moldovagaz» urged consumers to stricly comply with the contractual obligations and rules of safety in the use of the gaz equipment
As it is noted in the message of the company any deviation from the contractual conditions may be considered as an offence or crime that not only are prosecuted in accordance with the legislation, but can become a source of the increased danger to their families, neighbors, in case of accidents with unpredictable consequences. Ignoring the terms of the contract and rules of safety, consumers endanger your own life and your budget. «Moldovagaz» specifies, that unauthorized connection to gas resources shall entail imposition of a fine on individuals in the amount of 40 to 100 conventional units, legal entities - from 200 to 400 c. u. Unauthorized use of gas for profit, is punished with a fine in the amount from 50 to 100 c. u. for individuals, from 75 to 200 conventional units for officials, from 400 to 500 c. u. for legal entities, with deprivation of the right to undertake certain activity for the period from 3 months up to 1 year. The unjustified refusal of the consumer in resolving access to the measuring equipment shall entail imposition of a fine on individuals in the amount from 10 to 30 c. units, on officials - from 100 to 150 c. u., for legal entities - from 150 to 200 c.u. Maintenance of the gas-powered plants without the permission of state supervision bodies shall be punished with a fine in the amount from 30 to 50 conventional units or by the unpaid work for the community benefit for a period of 20 to 40 hours. Deliberate damage of gas pipelines and equipment entail a fine for individuals at a rate from 40 to 60 conventional units, for officials - from 70 to 100 c. u. Theft or illegal use of gas or its illegal use, is punished with a fine in the amount from 500 to 1500 conventional units or by unpaid work for the benefit of the company for a term of 180 to 240 hours. The same actions that caused particularly large damage, is punished with a fine in the amount of 1.5 thousand to 3 thousand conventional units or by unpaid work for the community benefit of 240 hours. One conventional unit equals to 20 lei.
