Within an inquiry held among lawmakers, Anatolie Arhire has told IPN he will vote for this document because the EU proved that it can ensure a high quality of life for the European people not by words, but by deeds, by macro-economic indicators, by the quality of education and social protection, by foreign policies and without conflicts on the territory of the member states.
The MP said the harmony and agreement in the European Parliament are examples that the legislative body of Moldova should follow.
It is expected that the Association Agreement will be ratified by Moldova’s Parliament by the end of the current session.
